Solution Post comprehensively studying the present business scenario and processes of the
Client, Kaar proposed implementing SAP S/4HANA Enterprise management suite
encompassing 80 end users.

Key Highlight Ø Kaar conducted a pre-implementation training for the 80-odd end users
even before initiating the requirement gathering session. This was done to
generate awareness and align the end users with SAP standard practices
relating to the new system and its processes.
Ø Kaar worked in conjunction with the client to ensure that the new system
and processes were followed and practiced to complete the End to End
process.
Ø Kaar clearly defined the Roles and the Authorization matrix for the end users
during the initial phase of the project. Post approval, the respective Business
Heads were incorporated into the system to stream line the end user
integration procedure.
Ø The various initiatives helped the users and the management to better
understand the system to proficiently carry out the business processes.
