Having examined the above Conditions of Subcontract, the Subcontract Specification, the Subcontract
Drawings, and the Subcontract Bill of Quantities and other documents, and having had a site inspection
and are familiar with the site conditions for the execution of the above-named Works, we, the undersigned,
offer to execute and complete such Works and remedy any defects therein in conformity with the
Conditions of Subcontract, the Subcontract Specifications, the Subcontract Drawings, the Subcontract Bill
of Quantities and other documents for the sum of (Say: Rupiah only).
We agree to abide by this Offer for the period up to (month) (date) (year) from the date fixed for
receiving the same and it shall remain binding upon us and may be accepted at any time before the
expiration of that period.
We undertake, if our Offer is accepted, to furnish the Performance Guarantee conforming to the stipulations
of this Tender Documents, to commence the Subcontract Works as early as possible after the
Commencement Date, and to complete the whole of the Subcontract Works comprised in the Subcontract
within the time stated in the Tender Documents in accordance with the requirements of the above-
mentioned Documents.
Unless and until a formal Subcontract Agreement is prepared and signed, this Offer, together with your
written invitation for Bids, shall constitute a binding contract between us.
We understand you are not bound to accept the lowest or any Offer you may receive.

Tenderers shall make detailed breakdown for the items from above 1) to 2) according to the construction
technical standard and requirement of drawings, and shall provide budget price sheets of manpower, main
equipment and facilities. Form of price breakdown shall follow the form as stated in clause 4, and such
breakdown shall form part of the Subcontract.
All the quantity should follow the “quantity of Camp ” and “quantity of Living facilities”, this is the basis of
bidding evaluation, the actual payment quantity will based on site actual condition.
