Logical-Mathematical Intelligence

 People having high logical-mathematical intelligence are Good at:

 scientific investigations
 identifying relationships between different things
 understanding complex and abstract ideas.
 Therefore, Skilled at:
 deductive reasoning
 detecting patterns
 and logical thinking.

- it is the ability to analyze situations or problems logically, to identify solutions, to

conduct scientific research, and to solve logical/mathematical operations easily
People with a high level of numerical intelligence analyze their data by using logic
and examining cause-effect relationships. They often do not work with subjective
information
- instead, they value clear facts and hard data. The ability to make conclusions and
observations is also an important characteristic of individuals with mathematical
intelligence. Although they sometimes give the impression that they are confused,
their minds work like a computer in the background.
 Common activities for developing logical-mathematical intelligence: Puzzles, Board
games, Riddles/Tricky questions, writing stories, solving Rubik’s cube.
Famous people: Albert Einstein, Thomas Edison, Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg
Potential carriers: Scientist, Mathematician, Computer programmer, Engineer,
Accountant.

According to Gardner, naturalistic intelligence is the ability to identify, classify and

manipulate elements of the environment, objects, animals, or plants. Thanks to this
type of intelligence, we can recognize the differences between species, groups of people
or objects and understand how they relate to each other.
It is considered that naturalistic intelligence developed in the times of the first human
beings, when survival depended on recognizing useful and dangerous species, on
observing the climate, on reading the land and on expanding the range of resources
available for food. As a general rule, people with high naturalistic intelligence have the
following characteristics:
Characteristics:
 Are interested in subjects such as botany, biology, and zoology
 Categorize and catalog information easily
 Enjoy camping, gardening, hiking, and exploring the outdoors
 Dislikes learning unfamiliar topics that have no connection to nature

Potential Career Choices

If you're strong in naturalistic intelligence, good career choices for you are:

 Biologist
 Conservationist
 Gardener
 Farmer

Famous people:  Charles Darwin (1809-1882), the famous English naturalist who
developed the theory of evolution through natural selection in his work The Origin of
Species (1859)
