Q: For you, what is the best structure and why do you choose this type of
organizational structure?
In my opinion, I will choose a Flatarchy Organizational Structure because I want to start
at the beginning on how to make an organization. I want to know the first step on how to
run an organization. In a flatarchy, I have the freedom to choose the best people that
suits my organization, like recruiting professionals, to manage them efficiently. When it
comes to business, I want to build a clothing line. Because of this, I can see that I’m
going to be successful in the future. I can apply my knowledge about graphic designing
to start in a small way. When I was a first-year college, my dream was to make a
hospital around in our barangay. At first, I told myself that I would build a tertiary
hospital so we will no longer go to a different hospital here in Cavite. But when I realized
that, I needed to start in a small and simple way to achieve that intended. Now I want to
start with a primary hospital to learn different ways of delivering health care to small
people and manage my employees.
