DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF LECTURE 13.

EXERCISES TO ACHIEVE A HIGHER VIBRATIONAL STATE.

EXERCISE NO. 2: Non-judgmental self-observation (White Board technique) PART I.

DURATION: 5 minutes a day for 2 weeks.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED: A long mirror for the whole body. A chair in front of the mirror
(optional).

In this exercise, we practice our non-judgmental wisdom.

In the era and society, we live in, most of us are used to judging more and observing less.

We don’t do this only with the others, but we also do it with ourselves.

Many people believe that giving positive comments strengthens relationships and bonds people.

Showering ourselves and others with positive comments is still a form of judgment that either
"hypnotizes" us and de-motivates us from further working towards success or the person that is
giving positive judgmental comments considers themselves superior.

Additionally, behind this action, there is the unconscious or conscious wish of controlling the
others’ reactions.

Learning to keep our hearts open, it is necessary to learn how to set healthy boundaries with people
that "shower" us with positive judgmental comments and control our own tendency to offer
judgmental comments to others.

A TIP: When a person gives us positive judgmental comments, we can just say gently, "Thank you!"
and finish it here.

Now, let’s step into the exercise!

Remember, throughout the whole exercise, control yourself when making any positive or negative
comments about your appearance. Focus only on observing.

We stand up or sit on a chair in front of the mirror.

We start looking at our head and facial characteristics.

Then, slowly we go step-by-step lower in every part of our body until we reach our feet.

Remind yourself constantly to observe.

When you finish the exercise, write down your thoughts about the process, your feelings (using a
wheel of emotions), your body senses, and everything else that you found interesting.

Just consider that positive judgmental comments are not the same as giving honest feedback to
someone that asked for it.
