Emotions are biologically-based
psychological states brought on by
neurophysiological changes, variously
associated with thoughts, feelings,
behavioural responses, and a degree of
pleasure or displeasure. There is currently
no scientific consensus on a definition.
Emotions are often intertwined with mood,
temperament, personality, disposition,
creativity.
NATURE OF STRESS
NATURE STRESS- is a reaction to change; it
can be either positive or negative, and it
affects both the body and the mind.

negatively affect your health if
it goes untreated.

The Role of Self Esteem in Coping
Self-esteem refers to a person's beliefs about
their own worth and value. It also has to do with
the feelings people experience that follow from
their sense of worthiness or unworthiness. Self-
esteem is important because it heavily
influences people's choices and decisions. In
other words, self-esteem serves a motivational
function by making it more or less likely that
people will take care of themselves and explore
their full potential.
