 I. FOREWORD

PEM’s In house Training and Travel 2018 had been succeeding done by
Pancasila English Meeting, which had required 33 participant. It was hold in Villa
Kartika, Cisarua, Puncak - Bogor, Jawa Barat.

In PEM’s In House Training and Travel 2018, we grind and measure that all
participants have got the lessons about self - development with knowledge, self
dedication, values of humanity, and improve their ability in English.

II. BACKGROUND

a. Pancasila English Meeting is an organization where students of Pancasila

University can learn more about English and Organization.
b. Pancasila English Meeting contributes actively in orders to develop the using of
English.

 ACHIEVED GOAL AND UNACHIEVED

We did achive the purposes and goals about this event. We finally got the permission to
use bus of Pancasila University but, we just got 33 new members in this event which is
under the target of 35 new members.

 PROBLEMS FACED

a. There are some member of PEM who did not participate in this event because of
some obstacle, like parent’s permission, other bussinesity and health condition
b. Three person who have paid and registered as participants did not attend the event
because of some unexpected situation.
c. Some of our session late from the schedule.
d. Two person already paid half of the price, but did not participate in this event.
e. The accomodation did not coorporate well.
f. There were three people who get sick while this event was running.

 EVENT EVALUATION

We are gratefull to get 33 participants in this project, but we have to improve our
solidarity and cooperation among the members and alumnies in order to handle the
problems that we face and take responsibility to take care all of the participants during the
event. Through this event we have learn that we should make sure that the preparation
has implemented well to prevent the problems
