1. What significant learning did you get from the topic?

Increases knowledge from the knowledge of principles managers get clue on

how to manage an organization. The principles enable school heads to decide what

should be done to achieve given tasks and to handle situations which may arise in

management. These principles make managers more efficient. Appropriate

understanding of principles is the base of training, research, and development in the

discipline of management. Management is demonstrated based on these principles

which help the organization institutes prepare upcoming school heads. These Principles

help school heads to take decisions and actions in the right manner.

2. Why is the learning of value to you as an educator or as a future school

administrator?
As a future school administrator, this other form of management helps me

learn on what a manager does, and how they are connected to planning, organizing,

leading, and controlling a modern organization. From efficient team building to

conflict resolution, you'll study human behavior so you can motivate your employees

to operate at their best. The principles of management help in the optimum

utilization of the available resources. It helps to foresee the exact cause and effect

relationship. The depletion of resources using the trial-and-error method can be

avoided easily. The principles of management are based upon logic and not blind

faith since our primary goal is to have an exact or efficient environment of workplace.

3. What are your realizations, insights, and discoveries regarding the topic?

I just discover that some of these principles are already exist or we are already

using it without even knowing. Management teaches you to understand how people

behave in organizations, and the nature of power, influence, and leadership. Explore the

issues facing individuals and organizations in the workplace today. There are many

reasons to study Management. Principles of Management - Aims at Influencing Human

Behavior. Human behavior is complex and unpredictable. Management principles are

directed towards regulating human behavior so that people can give their best to the

organization. Management is concerned with integrating efforts and harmonizing them

towards a goal.
