has been faced by hotels and become a critical concern in the technology based market. The
purpose of the presentation has helped to assess important factors of the hotel. The information
regarding upscale full service in destination hotels and independency of target market will be
discussed.
Background
The improvement of new technology has helped to reduce conflicts and challenges from work
practices and maintain better life in the working environment. In the real life project technology
advancement has played a crucial role in order to enhance the communication through
atmosphere and evolve the innovation for standardizing lifestyle. In the technology based
market, it is essential for the hotel chains to include technology based services which help them
to mitigate critical challenges and enhance customer services for the target market of leisure
travelers and business travelers.
Scope
This study has focused on describing critical concerns and problems of modern day hotel chains.
Additionally the opportunity of technology will be discussed, true sufficient arises and reduce the
critical concern and problem impact on the hotel. Moreover, in the analysis section, analysis of
cost, other advantages and disadvantages and limitations and application will be discussed to
clarify the beneficial perspective of outland technology. Apart from this productive
recommendation should be developed by maintaining alignment with a preferred plan of action
in order to follow logical representation with the conclusion of this presentation.
Methodology
Based on the requirements of the presentation secondary analysis and data collection from
research data will be conducted. Detailed analysis method and utilization of background
information will be used in order to prove the critical constant and conflicts in the hotel services
and the way of development through technology in the hotel organizations. Method of the study
has included analysis of upfront cost, ongoing and usage cost saving methods and clarification of
advantage and disadvantage of the technology for developing logical statements on the research
findings through this presentation.

The problem

The regional team of engineers in the hotel chain has found out that the hotel services are unable
to provide supreme services due to you not utilizing proper technology from a beneficial
perspective. They have faced several critical challenges regarding information theft and higher
cost in power generation purposes. As stated by Mohanta, Panda and Jena (2018), use of smart
contact technology has become highly important in transaction and other business perspectives.
Although the hotels are rated 4 by CAA, however, for not using technology services, they will
lose their rating due to not meeting expectations of consumers. Due to utilizing traditional
electronic products it has become a critical challenge for this organization based on current and
long term cost and it has a critical impact on hotel service for paying higher amounts due to
energy purposes. According to Hunter (2019), sales technology has taken sustainable
responsibilities for developing the measures of statistical validity in the business domain in
limited work practices. On the other hand, using normal key check check in and check out in the
hotel rooms has created challenges as there is a chance of duplicacy in the hotel keys.

Opportunity

Utilization of electronic key cards and standard LED bulbs has become a major focused
technology in hotel chains. With the help of electronic key card technology, a variety of hotels
can swipe cost-efficient card locks and they should not be worried about losing hotel keys.
According to Vâlcu (2021), electronic cards have granted the security of union citizens and
develop biometric data storage. Hotels can monitor who is checking in and checking out true
technology services. Moreover this electronic key technology can be used as a marketing
advertising tool by feeling secure to the consumer section by providing extra security. Besides
that with the guidance of developed and advanced programming, hotel organizations can activate
key card systems and grant access permission. Besides that, As reported by Biswas and Roy
(2019), smart technology has provided user authentication through dynamic ID. Additionally, it
has provided instant light at a frequent switching and low voltage operation with dimming
capabilities. Moreover, advancement of technology is necessary, as the dependent situation has
urged the organization head to develop technology services for maintaining a profitable situation
in the market.

Analysis

Cost
The upfront cost of installing electronic key cards in hotel chains is highly productive from a
long-term beneficial perspective; the upfront cost of installation is not so much. Moreover, the
cost of labor is almost negligible and the list of equipment is not higher. Considering ongoing
uses, cost of energy and labor is superiorly efficient for the hotel chains and they can be highly
profitable from electronic key card and standard LED bulbs. As stated by Zhong and Wu (2020),
considering the influence of technology, cost efficient service will be the reason for improvement
in the market. Besides that standard LED bulbs have Swift higher amount of energy and it has
provided an eco friendly environment bi not meeting ultraviolet rays and heat waves.
Advantages
Electronic key cards have provided security and comfort for the guest and consumer by
accessing the checking in and checking out from the hotel rooms. Using standard LED bulbs has
become helpful for hotel change as it provides energy efficient environmental performance by
operating in cold conditions without limiting any types of UV rays.
Limitations and ramifications
One of the major limitations of electronic key card systems is the cloning of card programming
which has abruptly reduced the security factor. Moreover, due to friction in IT services, it is not
easy to access card services in remote areas. According to Sidhu, Pollitt and Anaya (2018),
transition low carbon economy service can be provided by standard LED bulbs through electrical
energy storage. Considering the disadvantages of standard LED bulbs, the upfront cost is high
and the performance of the bulb cannot be streamlined.

Recommendation

By analyzing the opportunity and critical constant of the hotel chains it can be concluded that
utilization of electronic key cards and standard LED bulbs should be implicated in luxurious and
non luxurious hotels. According to Haseeb et al. (2019), based on industry 4.0, small medium
enterprises have evolved their business structure towards technology implication. With the help
of electronic key cards it will be highly beneficial for the hotel executive in order to access the
check in and check out list from the recorded information from the electronic key card. However
they should develop her programming strategy in order to become secure from duplicacy and
theft of information. They should stop hacking the system in their electronic key card as small
hack attackers can easily get the code of the key card. Scanning of cars code should be reduced
and two factor authentication system should be included for scanning and access should be
granted from official executives. As discussed by Pamungkas and Linggasari (2021), adaptation
of technological influence has transformed the driving mode of civilization through
technological advancement. The hotel executives should be skilled in technology services to
provide efficient and secure service to guests and consumers. On the other hand, utilization of
standard LED bulbs can be included in hotel services for reducing the consumption of energy,
however the initial cost of installation is high. Moreover, due to not having performance
standardization strategies, they can use TLED prototypes to save more money and provide
superior lighting to consumers.

Conclusion

It can be concluded that modern hotel chains should use technology services through electronic
key cards and standard OLED, TLED prototype bulbs for long term profits. Based on the results
from a regional team of engineers in hotels, the challenges of providing shipping service has
become the critical constant for hotel executives. Facing hard challenges regarding information
theft and cost of power generation has played a crucial role in reduction of productive hotel
services. With the guidance of technology based service intrusion can be beneficial for reduction
of security risk and power consumption challenges in the hotel services. Utilization of electronic
records and standard LED bulbs can be stated as the major focus of modern day hotel chains.
Hotel executives can develop cost-efficient electronic ki catalogs and reduce the power
consumption by using smart technology in LED bulbs. The installation charge and a front cost is
higher. All this technology implication will be helpful for hotel change in the long term
beneficial perspective.
