In continuation of the above references, itis intimated that the undersigned is travelling a fixed journey of around 23 Km from Sundernagar (Headquarter) to DPH, Slapper and back, regularly to perform my Operational duty at Slapper Power House by Board assigned vehicle. Your good self deducted my FTA and issued the salary slip vide above FA & CAO cited letter but as above mentioned, | commute daily from HQ.to Slapper and back, | am entitled to have my FTA and itis in no way in violation of above Gited Spl. Secretary, BEM Chandigarh Office Order. The Spl. Secretary, Chandigarh letter mentions about FTA entitlement to Bhakra project employee and abiding instructions vide PSEB O/o No. 2504/PSEB dtd. 17.03.1964. At the time of said PSEB O/o only Bhakra project was there and no DPH, Slapper project might have been considered. Nevertheless, OPH, Slapper Operational employee got the entitlement for FTA and | kept on drawing this regularly until the above Secretary, Chandigarh O/o. ‘The secretary O/o just forbids to give FTA and LOTA/SLODA together to an employee and emphasize“on regulating the FTA and LOTA/SLODA as per the work-place of an employee. ‘Therefore, keeping in view of DPH, Slapper as my work-place with HQ, Sundernagar and regular commuting to perform my duty, | am entitled to have my FTA, thus also preserving the spirit of the said Secretary, Chandigarh O/o.
