an instructional leader, it
helped me to better
understand the
differences, strengths and
weaknesses of my
teachers as well as the
complexities and the gaps
in fulfilling their roles.

continuous guidance and
feedbacking.

is very important as a

- As a school head, open
communication with the
stakeholders/communit
y is needed to ignite
better linkages. Hence,
knowing the status of
the community and of
the learners’ families
enable the school to
visualize and plan out
better learning delivery
and experience for the
learners.
