Evacuation of procedure

 Let’s understand the evacuation of procedure for workers and visitors in case
of fire, explosion or smoke in the workshop.
 Approach the nearest fire alarm and break the glass with help of a hammer.
 Press the alarm of the fire button to active it.
 After activating the fire alarm starts to make loud sound.
Note:
 A person should be aware of the sound of the fire alarm.
 Start escaping the workshop to a nearest safe exit.
Note:
 Stop working immediately after hearing the alarm and don’t stop to collect
any belongings.
 Always follow the emergency exit route plan while trying to escape.
 A person should be aware of the exit routes of each flow in case of
emergency.
 Follow the exit direction while escaping the floor.
 Follow for the instruction of trained personnel in the workshop for the safe
evacuation during emergency.
Note:
 Close the door after the last person gets out and notifying other on your way
out.
 Always exit in a systematic way for safe evacuation.
Note:
 Do not panic and rush through the doors.
 Use stairs instead of elevators to exit safely.
Note:
 Do not use elevator unless authorize personnel direct you to do so.
 Keep exit doors free of obstacles.
Note:
 Report any missing or trapped person to authorized emergency personnel.
 Move away from the building and got to your evacuation meeting site.
Note:
 Do not re-enter the building until authorized emergency personnel direct you
to do so.
Maintenance of tools:
 Double ended spanner.
 This tool is known as double ended spanner.
 It is generally used in automobile industries to loosen or tighten
hut or bolts.
 The size of spanner varies so as to fit different sized nuts or bolts.
Note:
 The size of spanner is 10-11, 12-13mm and 18-19mm etc.
 It consists of two jaws at both ends.
 Open end jaw and closed end jaw.
Result: Hence the Evacuation of procedures is completed successfully.
