Ethical leadership is leadership that is involved in leading in a
manner that respects the rights and dignity of others7. “As
leaders are by nature in a position of social power, ethical
leadership focuses on how leaders use their social power in
the decisions they make, actions they engage in and ways
they influence others”.

INTRODUCTION
Maharana Pratap or Pratap Singh Mewar(May 9, 1540 –
January 19, 1597) was a Hindu ruler of Mewar, a state in
north-western India. In popular Indian culture, Pratap is
considered to exemplify the qualities like bravery and chivalry
to which Rajput aspire.

Despite being the king of Mewar, the most of his life was
spent in forests and mountains.
