BEED II BLOCK 3
INTRODUCTION
GMRC to the basic education curriculum would be part of
a review of the K to 12 programs. Lessons on proper behavior ,
considered part of the “basic skills,” would be imparted to
students, particularly in the first three levels of education,
teaching the school children the values of respect, love for self,
others, family, community, country, and God. The curriculum
shall also focus on the basic tenets of GMRC, such as caring for
oneself, upholding discipline and order, cultivating sincerity,
honesty, obedience and love for country.
Values are the guiding principles of our behavior. Our
values determine what we consider to be right, wrong, fair,
unfair, good or evil. A person’s values are indicative of their
character. Similarly, at an organizational level, values reflect the
ethics and principles of the business. Therefore, it is important to
learn the influence as well as the impact of our values on our
decision-making process. Our values reflect what is important to
us in life. They are often referred to as our personal guiding
principles or life goals.
