Q. How Praxis is different from a BPO?
RS: Praxis service model is different from a usual BPO.  BPOs were not successful in hotel domain because of
the sensitivities involved in the business.  Airline services can be delivered through a BPO because it is a simple
transaction based business. In hotel bookings, you have to deal with lot of repeat guests and their sensitivities,
booker relationships, etc.  People have different levels of expectations from hotels, which a regular BPO staff
cannot understand or handle.  It can be handled only by hoteliers.  PRAXIS have trained staff who are
passionate about the job.
