Dear Urvi,

We refer to your application and the subsequent interviews you had with us. We are pleased to
offer you the position of ‘Summer Intern’ at NIVEA India Pvt. Ltd. on the following terms and
conditions:

1. Your internship with NIVEA India Pvt. Ltd. will start on 4th April 2022.

2. You are entitled to receive stipend of Rs.100,000/- per month.

3. The duration of your internship will be two months from 4th April 2022 to 3rd June 2022.

4. You will receive additional daily allowances for extensive traveling within the territory of
India and abroad as per Company policy.

5. This offer is open for your acceptance up to 10th February 2022.

6. During your internship with NIVEA India Pvt. Ltd., you shall not undertake any other
employment / internship.

7. Primary location of your internship will be at NIVEA India Pvt. Ltd. 4th Floor, A wing, AGH,
Phoenix Market City, Kurla (w), Mumbai-400070.
 8. At the sole discretion of the Management, you will be liable to be deputed from one place
to another anywhere in India basis your project requirement.

9. At any given time either the intern or the employer can terminate the internship giving 1
month prior notice in writing.
