Coaching Strategy Monitoring and Review Report

• Progress of the coaching strategy: as it is the first implementation of a coaching plan, both
good achievements and shortcomings to improve can be observed. We have just been
starting this process for 3 months and we already have feedback that can help us
improve.
• Analysis of training results for individual staff members: So far the performance of the staff
that is the cornerstone of our goals is the one that has made the best progress against the
other goals. However, it is necessary to organize the coaching plan much more and to
manage the coaching time since it is a recurring complaint in both coach and coachee
• Analysis of the results of coaching for staff collectively: Collectively, performance, image
and interpersonal relationships have been strengthened, mainly due to the rapid
integration of new workers into the company's operational processes.
• Additional coaching opportunities based on analysis of feedback provided: better choose
trainers based not only on their performance but on their ability to pass on knowledge,
some are very good employees but do not have a correct way of teaching.
• Evaluation of the coaching strategy to date, including recommendations for improvement:
Positive but in need of improvement, it is proposed to restructure the planned time for
coaching activities, it is proposed to train coaches based on the effective transmission of
knowledge, a better structured guide is proposed so that there is no room for
improvisation (it can be the breakdown of the topics to be covered for each of the profiles
that need to be trained)
