The working steps which are done in holding this research, as follow:

The survey of the people’s problems is done in reviewing directly about the people’s
problems in Medan city in consuming coffee. Furthermore, there is also s survey about
how responses are from the coffee lovers about the low acid coffee.
2. The product manufacture
This processing method is called V60 Method. It is a method to brew coffee by using the
filter paper (Rahmawati, 2020). The tools which are needed to use this method, as
follow:
a. Grinder
b. Dripper
c. Filter paper
d. Server
e. Pouring kettle
The procedures used in the V60 method are as follows:
a. Prepare tools and materials
b. Grind the coffee beans to fine size
c. Pour the ground coffee beans into the filter paper that has been placed in the dripper
d. Pour the hot water radially from the pouring kettle into the filter paper as needed.
Wait 45 seconds until the hot water seeps down completely
e. Pour the hot water radially from the pouring kettle into the filter paper as much as 70
ml. Wait 1 minute 30 seconds until the hot water seeps down completely
f. Pour water radially from the pouring kettle into the filter paper as much as 60 ml.
Wait 2 minutes 10 seconds until the hot water seeps down completely
g. Pour water radially from the pouring kettle into the filter paper as much as 60 ml.
Wait 2 minutes 45 seconds until the hot water seeps down completely
h. Pour water radially from the pouring kettle into the filter paper as much as 60 ml.
Wait 3 minutes 30 seconds until the hot water seeps down completely
i. Pack the product

Marketing this product using two methods. The methods are online method that utilizes
the online platforms and offline method that utilizes the word of mouth system.
