Click “Online Service” Menu then select “Allotment “.After then click “Apply Here”.

You will be redirect to next page.

When you will click on “Next” then you will see below page

When you will click on “Apply for Registration” then you will see below page

Here you will have 2 options:

Option-1: “If Booklet cost paid” means if you have purchased booklet offline or online previously
then click on it.

Option-2: “Pay Booklet Cost” means if you want to purchase booklet online then click on it.

Then you will have to give your mobile number from you want to login for future OR you will have to
give mobile number from which you did payment offline/online.

Then you will see below screen for OTP verification

After verification of OTP and if you will have to pay booklet amount online then you can see below
screen. Pay booklet charges online.

Then it will be redirect to Payment Gateway page and do payments further process.

After verification of OTP and you have paid booklet amount online/offline then you can see below
screen. From here, you can “Download booklet” and you can download booklet payment receipt
also.

Fill Step-1-Personal Details

Based on your selection of Annual Income, you will have to pay Fees as below table.

Fill Step-3-Upload Document Details

After filling all mandatory (required) fields then you will see below checkbox and button to submit
the form

Payment for Registration Charges

Then it will be redirect to Payment Gateway page and do payments further process.

After successful payment you can view the filled the form / uploaded documents and all payment
receipts from this page. Here you can print your form also.

Whenever you will login with your mobile then you will redirect to this page.
