REQUEST FOR FIELD EDUCATION PLACEMENT FOR BACHELOR IN

SOCIAL WORK STUDENTTS
As part of our training programme for the bachelor in social work, it is usual for us to
send out students to various social welfare institutions and agencies to undergo practical
social work training.
Your organization Is one of those that our students indicated preference. It will therefore
be appreciated if you approve and permit them to undergo the required field experience
in your organization. The students are to undergo a field experience of Three Months
placement beginning from January 31h to April 29th, 2022
The Undergraduate in social work students are to report for 8 hours training daily, 2
days a week; Mondays and Fridays.
It will be highly appreciated if you will give us feedback inform of a brief
assessment/evaluation of their performance while with you. A log book is available with
each student for this purpose. Attached to this letter are the Student.
