 MAL Pakistan was formed as a public limited JV company of ExxonMobil Corporation (70%) and Army Welfare
Trust (30%) registered in Pakistan on 29 December,1996.

 MAL Pakistan owns & operates a modern lubricant blending plant and also maintains relationships with selective
brands for providing toll blending services

 A highly skilled HR element is employed in every sphere of operations adhering to highest standards of business
conduct.

 The company is currently implementing SAP S/4 Hana ( latest in line) by migrating from JD Edwards providing a
high MIS driven environment at all times in a secure manner.

Company has acquired and maintains extensive ISO certifications as part of its operations

• OHSAS 18001 – Occupational Health & Safety Management System certified

• ISO 17025 – MAL Laboratory is the only lube company accredited in the country

• We ARE CERTIFIED as 100 % Compliant with EPA standards

Blending & Filling Facility

In-line Lube Blending commissioned in 1998. Extensive maintenance and upgrade conducted at regular intervals to
maintain high efficiency and operating level

• Capacity: +30 Million Litres on current SKU product mix 70 products representing 171 SKUs (double shift basis)

• Blending System: In-line Blending of FMC USA

• Control System: ABB France upgraded in 2017

• High focus on efficiency: Plant First Time Blend Rate in maintained at 99.9% (FTBR)

• Plans for constructing new LOBP at company owned 4 acre facility in heart of Karachi city
• The Board have approved plans to construct blending plant in 2021 at cost of USD 4 M
