Procedure:

1. Pour the heavy cream onto the cold creamy vegetable marmite base, whisk till lightly thickens
2. Fold in the basil julienne
3. Marinate tomatoes in olive oil, salt and pepper and stick with pick and arrange micro cress
4. Place tomatoes and micro herbs on plate
5. Drizzle with balsamic glaze
6. Serve with soup on side for service to pour

制作方法
Procedure:

1. Place all the vegetables and thyme in the chicken stock and simmer 20 minutes
2. Puree the vegetables in the stock
3. Season with salt, nutmeg and pepper
4. Puree soup finer in blender and pass through a fine chinois
5. Chill down in blast chiller accordingly
6. Add the cream before service
