Overview

This is an Authorization to Proceed (ATP) for services to be provided by Growth Creek Enterprises
(AGENCY) to Concept Group Inc. (CLIENT).

AGENCY will be providing professional services to augment the CLIENT’s corporate branding, awareness,
engagement and website traffic within the context of establishing a firm digital imprint within a
competitive landscape. This document is the ATP for the engagement to complete the objectives for which
CLIENT contacted AGENCY. This document will describe the scope of work, process, deliverables and the
associated price for the said engagement.

Timeline:

After preliminary discussions with CLIENT, the established timeline for the engagement will commence
August 19, 2021 and will be eligible for review and renewal exactly 6 months henceforth.

Project Allocation

Item Cost
Agency Supervision Fee – Monthly Retainer
All-inclusive package: Pre-meeting information gathering, initial
exploratory meeting, follow-up creative ideation, internal research,
Php 120,000/month
strategic planning, documentation, communications & project
management. Final artwork render, typography, color, and other
necessary components selection, aesthetic strategy, copywriting,
motion graphics, and other associated creative services.
 Programmatic Media Inventory – Reach, Engagement, Traffic
Allocated budget for placements in selected digital assets- Google
Php 400,000/month
Display Network, Google Ad Words, Facebook, YouTube, IOS and
Android assets.
Php 520,000 inclusive
Total Allocation per month
of 12% VAT

*Client agrees to shoulder any incidental costs that are outside the agreed framework. mounting
Incidental costs are, but not limited to: Fabrication fee, associated production fees, rental fee, talent
fees, make-up artist, food allowance and transportation allowance, etc.

Payment Structure

• First month’s retainer is to be advanced upon singing of ATP (Php 520,000)

• Five monthly post-dated checks reflecting the remaining entirety of the engagement is to be
forwarded upon signing of ATP.

Authorization to Proceed

AGENCY and CLIENT agree upon the responsibilities and estimates described in this Authorization to
Proceed document. CLIENT agrees to pay the full fees detailed herein and authorizes AGENCY to proceed
with the work described in this document based on the time estimates provided.
