Introduction
This course is exclusively designed and prepared for those people who are interested in setting up a
retail store. After the end of this course the reader will be able to understand Various Elements of
Retail Store Operations, What is Store Design and Layout, What are Planograms, Responsibilities of a
Store Manager, Purpose of Mannequins In Retail Stores, Factors Affecting Buying Decision of
Customers etc.
The reader will definitely get the feel as if he/she is reading the course from inside a retail store
