Search Engine Optimization

Month – 1
- Website Audit – Will check the overall website health and hygiene which will help to
create the strategy
- Website Backend Work – After the audit, I will work on each and every page of the
website to make it SEO friendly as per Google search algorithm
- Web Management – Parallel to these activities, I will also manage the website as per
the requirement and demand
- Google Analytics – Will manage/maintain the data inflow in Google analytics which
will help in reporting and monitoring
- Google Search Console – Will set up Google search console to monitor user
behaviour and other core web vitals of website
- Backlinks/Index pages – Will get the data of every back links created in past and
manage them accordingly. Will start creating new links as well.
- Keyword Analysis – Basis on our category and product segment, I will finalize the
keyword list and start stuffing our keyword with the same.

Month – 2
In 2nd month, I will ramp up the activities basis on the basic homework done in 1 st month.
Will speed-up the SEO process along with that I will manage the website backend thing.
Work on competitor analysis to understand their strategy of SEO
I will bifurcate my SEO activities in three different models:
Technical Optimization: Technical Optimization is the process of completing activities on
our site that are designed to improve SEO but are not related to content. It often happens
behind the scenes.
Activities done for Technical SEO:
 Optimize website for mobile devices
 Create and optimize XML Sitemap
 Boost website’s speed
 Fix site errors and warnings with weekly site audits
 Optimize internal links
 Run heat map and scroll rate to understand user pattern
 Include main keywords in image alt text
 Use canonical URLs to avoid duplicate content issues
 Check and fix crawl errors in Google Search Console
 Find and fix broken links on site
 Core web vitals
On-Page Optimization: On-Page Optimization is the process of ensuring the content on site
is relevant and provides a great user experience. It includes targeting the right keywords
within content and can be done through a CMS of a website.
Activities done for On-Page SEO:
 Integrate relevant keywords into pages
 Optimize title tag and meta description
 Create user-friendly content
 Optimize images
 Optimize URLs
 Use internal links on pages
 Improve site load time
 Add responsive design to website
 Optimize Page Titles
 Optimize Meta Descriptions

Off-Page Optimization: Off-Page Optimization is the process of enhancing site’s search


engine rankings through activities outside of the site. This is largely driven by backlinks,
which help to build the site’s reputation.

Month – 3
Along with the above-mentioned activities, I will also do significant changes on the website
to be more user friendly and attain better conversion in terms of order generation and lead
generation.
 Be relevant to target audience
 Be mobile responsive
 Start new blog section to generate brand value/awareness
 Include clear calls-to-action that direct people to order the product
 Feature up-to-date testimonials and reviews on website
 Provide up-to-date and engaging content either through a blog product description
 Feature links to social media pages
 Generate relevant and credible backlinks to drive traffic
 Be monitored and updated regularly

Month – 4,5,6
- Scale up the above-mentioned activities to gain user visibility
- After 3 months, we will be in position where our keywords start ranking and we can
start closing significant number of orders
- We will build up a subscription list for our content circulation strategy
- We can start user retention programs basis on our volume of data we have
- Lead generation will reach to good numbers
- Website performance would be better
- Supported by google ads and facebook ads, our web performance will increase by 3X
to 5X
- Organic order inflow will increase

Amazon
1. Will Work on listing of products including – title, description, A+ content
2. Will work on reviews submission
3. Will handle back end of inventory and seller account
4. Will execute and manage Ads on AMS
5. Will optimize accordingly to attain better ROAS and ACOS
6. Will work on Amazon SEO for organic result of product on search page

Flipkart
1. Will Work on listing of products including – title, description, A+ content
2. Will work on reviews submission
3. Will handle back end of inventory and seller account
4. Will execute and manage Ads on FMS
5. Will maintain better ROI and Sale

And same process will be followed for other market place – Snapdeal, Myntra, Nykaa, Tata
Cliq, Paytm etc.
Will have to give weightage basis on the performance and will grow the channel in due
course of time.
Will also try to increase our portfolio once we build up our brand identity.
Facebook Ad Metrics
Ad creation-
Conversion selection: as we have to sell our products from website
Ad if we have to make sales through other platform then we will select “Traffic” as
acquisition
Step 2 (in term of custom audience)
Audience Creation: If we have already any source for whom we need to retarget, then we
can use this format else, we will create new audience.
Step 2 (In terms of New Audience creation)

And then we can choose the image/video and landing page link with CTA and make the ad
live.

Conversion will depend on the CPC and conversion rate.


On Facebook, the lifestyle category has CPC as 25p to 60p
And conversion rate is ideally 2.3% to 4.1%
Likewise we will get the revenue and cost of conversion.
