EVIDENCE: MODELING EXCELLENCE

For this composition, I decided to get information about 3

achievers and successful that inspire me to fulfill all my dreams
and move forward, to have a life full of achievements and
happiness. Jurgen Klaric CEO of Mindcode International, an
expert in cultural anthropology and neuromarketing, a
discipline that studies the consumer's mind based on a
practical scientific approach. He is considered one of the ten
most influential marketers in the world. Bill Gates, American
businessman, computer scientist and philanthropist, co-
founder of the software company Microsoft, producer of
Windows, the most widely used computer operating system in
the world. On April 4, 1975, he created this company, while
still a student at Harvard University. Mariana Pajón, a high-
performance athlete from Antioquia, has been working for
more than 20 years in BMX - a discipline of cycling and
extreme sport practiced with cross bikes with 20-inch
diameter wheels - in race mode.
Jurgen Klaric says that to achieve success you must set goals
and objectives, he too, prioritizes and focuses on what is most
important, finishes what he starts, reads and learns every day,
saves and invests, gives without expecting anything in return,
Maintains a positive attitude, Jurgen also says that an
important point is to take care of physical and mental health, it
is essential to surround yourself with successful people, get
out of your comfort zone and take action. For him, routines
only stop us and do not let us try new things, therefore, he
does not follow a daily routine. Every day is different, but
following these habits all the time. Bill Gates starts his day
eating his favorite cereal, but sometimes he does not have an
established routine either so he does not eat breakfast or is at
home, but, he exercises, he checks the headlines in different
newspapers every morning, his schedule is divided into
intervals of 5 minutes, every moment is carefully planned. It's a
busy routine, but the billionaire keeps track of his plans and
ideas by taking notes. Gates is also a voracious and famous
reader, and he always sets aside some time to read books.
While spending time with his family is Gates' favorite pastime,
he also enjoys playing bridge on the weekends, and when it is
time for bed, Gates makes sure to arrive early enough to get
seven hours of sleep. Mariana Pajón said that in her daily
routine there are not only physical exercises, because she
always trains her mind. “In being aware of the thoughts, in not
taking anything personally, in giving one hundred percent,
always; in concentrating on competition, in knowing how to
act under pressure, in how to beat your nerves and put them
in your favor. Anyway...”, explained Mariana. Her routine
begins with a rich paisa breakfast, she is very disciplined, she
trains 3 hours in the morning, has lunch, trains 4 hours in the
afternoon and emphasizes that she goes to bed early, to start
the next day with courage and strength. He goes 3 or 4 times a
week to see his psychologist.
In my case, like Jurgen, I also believe that to achieve success
and triumphs in life we must set goals and objectives, I also
finish what I start, I do not like to read very much, I am not
very good at saving either. The 3 characters constantly
exercise, it
is an important part of their routine, especially in Mariana's
because she is an athlete, I am not a very good athlete, nor do I
exercise a lot. But, it's something I want to start doing for my
health. Me too, I have a full routine like Bill Gates, I usually
have a lot of work, but I am not very organized like him, I do
not take notes or notes of my day. It is something that I would
also like to start doing. I also like to read how this billionaire
does, each book is a new world. I love spending time with my
family and I also go to bed early when I can. Jurgen, like
Mariana, talk about the importance of mental health and
training the mind, I also agree with this point, to achieve goals
it is important to be clear about what we want and where we
want to go.
