Choose three successful entrepreneurs in your community or nearby places and conduct an interview
using the guide questions below. Discuss the result of your interview.

1. What motivated you to become an entrepreneur?

2. What do you think are your characteristics and competencies that made you a successful
entrepreneur?

3. What do you think of being employed? Why didn’t you choose that path?

Answers:

Person 1

1. Due to the pandemic by this time.

2. Hard working, patience, innovative, artistic

3. You learn how to get along with people and learn from them. As for now it is due to the pandemic

Person 2

1. Earning money from your own creativity

2. Smart, hardworking, resourceful, creative

3. Being an entrepreneur, you have time for your own while being employed you do not. I believe I have
my own creativity to earn me money and help me through life.

Person 3

1. To satisfy my curiosity about jobs

2. Being a leader, hardworking, taking risks, money management and skills, and flexibility

3. Working with a fixed salary but with the same job for years. Because I won’t have to experience the
cons of being employed and to have my free time.

I see that here people working with small time businesses due to the pandemic and earning money. They
all have the same traits of being hardworking and creative. And they discussed in the 3 rd question the
pros and cons of being employed and why they didn’t choose it.
