Pedro Garza Garcia, “Monterrey” (better quality of life in LATAM), Queretaro (Stable economy and
growing), Yucatan (Silicon Valley of Mexico), CDMX (Big Market), Guadalajara (Big Industry).

Step 1: I would set a meeting with each member of my team so they can tell me their expectations, personal goals, and
exchange plans together.
