Remarks
a.) Quantity of Sprinkler Heads in Workbest is 149 pcs. VS 195 pcs.
b.) Workbest didn't add Fire Extinguishers in their quotation; 5GS can still use their existing Fire Extinguishers
c.) Fire Supression System used in buildings where a sprinkler system may not be the most effective method of fire protection. These can include rooms which contain
a large amount of electrical equipment, or perishable items that could be susceptible to water damage. Tripwell design is to install it in the Server and IT room.
d.) Pump Assembly must follow the recommended voltage of Engr. Cayton. (Workbest already used 230V while Triplewell pump specs are undefined).
