DIVORCE DEED

This Agreement for divorce is executed on this 14 th January 2021

between: 

Mr.Madhukant Rameshbhai Hiremath s/o Mr.Rameshbhai S.

Hiremath aged 35 years occupation Self-Employed r/o A-16 Jeevabhai
Park, Refinery Road, Gorwa, Vadodara. (hereinafter called as Husband) 

AND

Mrs.Shreja Vijayan Pillai w/o Mr.Madhukant Rameshbhai

Hiremath aged 33 years occupation Self-Employed r/o A-16 Jeevabhai
Park, Refinery Road, Gorwa, Vadodara. (hereinafter called as Wife)

1. The parties to this Agreement were duly married on 15 th

February 2013, and have ever since been and are now
husband and wife.
2. No children have been born to the parties and none are
expected.

3. After marriage husband and wife both were resided at
mundra, kutch,till august 2015 for earn livelihood. Than after
from September 2015 to may 2018 resided vadodara at
above mentioned address.
4. Irreconcilable differences between the parties have caused
the irremediable breakdown of their marriage and they
separated on or about June, 2018. They now live separate
and apart from one another.
5. That the parties submit that during the recent past,
they realized that their likings, tastes of life,
temperaments, ideas, ideologies, thinking, attitudes,
aptitudes, intellectual reactions, capacities, feelings,
moods, habits, nature and life are so different from
each other that it would not be possible for them to hit it off
together in future.
6. That the parties have tried their best to have reconciliation
for a happy domesticity, but they have been very unfortunate
to bring about the same.
7. That the parties have, therefore, decided to dissolve their
marriage by mutual consent.
8. In separation period wife moved to her parents House at
Ahmadabad & husband resided at Vadodara for occupation.
9. After long time of two and half year (June 2018- January
2021) of Separation both the parties decided mutually to take
mutual divorce.
10. No party is liable to pay others any payment, due,
charges, fees etc. also no party possess any movable or
immovable property in the name of others.

 11. Each party shall pay equal fees and costs of this
agreement. Any fees remaining, to be paid at the time of the
signing of this agreement by the parties.
