AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT executed on this the 15th day of February, 2024

between SUHARA J SALIM, aged 27 years, D/o. Salim M, residing at
Nabeesa Manzil, Attinkuzhi, Kazhakoottam, Kazhakoottam P.O,
Thiruvananthapuram and member of Medavaathilkal Muslim Jama-ath
(hereinafter referred as 1st party) and MOHAMMED NEZIL, aged 32
years, S/o. Yahiya M.K, residing at Shaji Manzil, Puzhavathu,
Changanassery, Changanassery P.O, Kottayam and member of
Pazhayapally Muslim Jama-ath, Changanassery (hereinafter referred as
the 2nd party)
WHEREAS
The marriage between the 1st and 2nd party was contracted on
26-06-2022 at RASHAJ ROYALE CONVENTION CENTRE,
Chempakamangalam as per the Islamic Rites and Customs and is
recorded in the marriage register of their respective Jama-aths.
The parties due to the incompatibility of temperament are living
separately and have dissolved the marriage by jointly executing a
Mubarath Deed on 15-02-2024.
Parties by mutual discussion, deliberations have agreed to settle their
respective claims in the marriage.

NOW THIS DEED WITNESSETH AS UNDER:

1. The 1st party has paid a total sum of Rs 3,60,000/- to the 2nd party on
various occasions and the 2nd party hereby returns the said amount on
this date, the receipt by which the first party hereby acknowledges as
full and final. Both parties have agreed to not raise any claims regarding
this transaction in future.
2. All claims regarding gold and other presentations received at the
marriage are also hereby settled by the parties.
3. The parties hereby unconditionally agreed that there will not be any
further demand or claims whatsoever either as property, maintenance,
or otherwise with respect to or in relation to their marriage dissolved
today by the Deed of Mubarath.
In witness whereof the parties hereto have signed on this agreement on
the 15th day of February 2024 at Thiruvananthapuram.
