MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

This Memorandum of Understanding is executed at Chennai on this day of 11 th July


2023.
BETWEEN
Tmt. Sandya Daughter of Sadagopan, Aged about 27 years, Hindu, Residing at
No.19/4, Perumal Kovil Street, Arumbakkam, Chennai - 600 106, hereinafter
referred as FIRST PARTY
AND
Thiru. Manikandan, Son of Chittirai Pandi, Aged about 30 years, Hindu, Residing at
No.2-56/1, Thandavankadu, Madhavankuruchi, Tirunchendur Taluk, Thoothukudi
District – 628 206, hereinafter referred as SECOND PARTY.

WHEREAS:

a) Marriage between the FIRST PARTY and SECOND PARTY was solemnized
on May 29, 2015, at Muchandi Vinayagar Koil No.309, Thambu Chetty Street,
Mannady as per the Hindu rites and Ceremonies in the presence of the
relatives of the second petitioner and without the acceptance of Parents,
family members and relatives of the first Petitioner, and the marriage was
duly registered on May 29, 2015, at Chennai North Joint – 1, Serial Number
1857 of 2015 in Form III of Register of Marriages, Maintained under the Tamil
Nadu Registration of Marriages Act, 2009.

b) Both the parties never lived together since the date of solemnization of
marriage and both the parties were living separately from the date of
solemnization of marriage to till the date of this memorandum of
understanding, and due to the lack of understanding and adjustments, both
the parties decided to dissolve their marriage mutually, therefore the parties
executing this agreement on their exchanges and demand, and it is as
follows:-

NOW THIS MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITNESSETH AND IT
IS HEREBY AGREED AND CONFIRMED BY AND BETWEEN THE PARTIES
HERETO AS FOLLOWS:
1) The First Party hereby pays a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- to the Second Party for
dissolving the marriage mutually and this cost is been to compensate
damages that occurred to the Second Party.

2) The Second Party promised to give the essential documents like Marriage
Invitation, Marriage Photo, and Aadhar Card of the Second Party, and also
the Second Party promised that the amount of Rs.1,50,000/- is received from
the First Party only for the purpose to give the documents and to dissolve the
marriage mutually.

3) It is agreed by the Second Party that if the Second fails to cooperate with the
first party as mentioned above, the First Party shall be compensated by the
Second Party for the sum of Rs.1,50,000/- received by the Second Party, and
also the Second Party shall pay the interest of 8% Per month to the First Party
from the date of breach of this agreement by the Second Party.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF THE FIRST PARTY AND THE SECOND PARTY HAVE AFFIXED
THEIR SIGNATURES TO THIS MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING ON THE DAY,
MONTH AND YEAR FIRST ABOVE MENTIONED IN THE PRESENCE OF THE
