Follow-Up Plans
Explain your plan for students who missed the lesson.

● All students are welcome to sign up for any/all extracurriculars they are interested in.
● Every student in the school will be sent a copy of the Extracurricular Pamphlet.
● The counselor will follow up with any student who did not attend via email and will
attempt to gauge interest in extracurriculars in them.
Explain your plan for students who did not demonstrate mastery on the pre-/post-assessment
of student standards (M&B)/student learning objectives.

Students who attend the fair/show interest in it but do not join any extracurriculars or make
one of their own will be met with by a counselor. The counselor will discern why the student
did not join any of the listed extracurriculars or inquire about creating one of their own. This
will allow the counseling department information to use towards bettering extracurriculars and
education about them. The counselor will also serve as a point of contact for students with any
other questions or concerns.
