for goal:
Extracurriculars play a critical role in the academic and social development of high school
students. For a variety of reasons participation in Foreman’s extracurricular activities remains
low, however there is certainly interest in participation. 63% of surveyed students indicated
that they would like assistance in learning about extracurricular activities. The counseling
department would like to increase participation and knowledge of extracurriculars.

Create a goal statement that focuses on a specific subset of students for whom intentional
strategies/interventions will be delivered and assessed.

participation in extracurriculars particularly difficult.
