ACTIVITY 2

1. A company's business philosophy is a collection of values and ideals to which it aspires.


This is also known as a mission statement or a business vision. The Business Philosophy
outlines the general aims and intent of the company. It is a foundation of a business
where, when they might lost their way they will go back to their vision and mission and
the reasons why they are doing their actions.
2. Business philosophies can be both good and bad, and they can have a significant impact
on an employee's engagement, efficiency, and productivity. It could be a big impact for
employees, manager and company itself. Because being genuine in creating Business
Philosophies could be a good impact. However, when business philosophy are not clearly
stated and created, it might cause a big problem
3. The philosophy of a company serves as its operating manual. This explains the general
objective of the company as well as its objectives. A business philosophy can also
include a list of company principles that are vital to the company's owners, management,
and employees.
4. Because a corporate strategy will act mostly as a guide for companies, assisting
leaders, and workers in understanding the aims and ideals that they are constantly striving
for. Business philosophy assists people in functioning as efficiently and effectively. It
also urges employees to provide the best customer service possible.
5. There are periods when a philosophy of a business must be altered. This may be the
product of new leader joining the company. Nevertheless, there are occasions when

leadership does not change, but a business leader may recognize that minor bad habits
have infiltrated into daily operations and are negatively impacting results.

ACTIVITY 3

1. Jollibee appreciates quality and reverence for the individual, which makes them worthy
of becoming one of the Philippines' largest fast food chains.
2. Mercury prioritizes reliable customer service, which is significant as positive credibility
leads to increased growth.  In business, reputation is extremely important, owing to the
fact that it draws clients, advertisers, alliances, and staff.
3. Meralco indicates their excellent service with integrity. It is noteworthy because it fosters
a sense of self-worth, pride, engagement, and loyalty in the workers of a service
company.
4. 7/11 provides convenient for their customers' needs and not only is it a leading metric
used to assess consumer satisfaction and retention, but it also allows companies to detect
dissatisfied consumers, minimize customer losses and negative word of mouth, and
increase sales.
5. Robinson's vows to have clean hygienic stores, competitive prices and excellent customer
service, which is a very indispensable thing as employees can become more effective and
successful as a result. Let us not ignore the most important aspect: your staffs will be
pleased as well
