make O/D VCB on 11KV Bhartapur feeder not working
ON indication of DCDB FOUND NOT GLOWING Letter no. -96(7),
Trip indication of DCDB found continuously glowing Dt:30.03.2021
ACDB main MCCB found faulty & bottom plate not avilable
ACDB cable dressing not done properly.

Numerical relay make-ABB sl no-ABB/1VYV91347102 was defective on

11KV Bharatpur feeder
Trip circuit supervision relay-1 make-ABB sl no-ABB/191030415 was
defective on 11KV Bharatpur feeder
Trip circuit supervision relay-2 make-ABB sl no-ABB/191030406 was
defective on 11KV Bharatpur feeder
Closing coil burnt of 11KV Stelmec make VCB on 11KV Bharatpur
feeder(VCB Sl. No:SLI 17076436, YOM:07/2017)

Letter no. -218(7),

Spring charging motor, A.C MCB(01 no.-6A), Anti-pumping relay was Dt:01.07.2021
defective on 11KV Town-II feeder VCB (Sl. No:SLI 17076389).
A.C supply cable to VCB is of aluminium instead of copper for 11KV
Bharatpur and Town-II feeder VCB
All wiring of DCDB found in damaged condition
11KV Bharatpur & Town-II feeder VCB earthpit resistance value more
than 10 ohm needs to be rectified, in addition the earthing value of new
earth pit 11KV Tinimuhani feeder CRP found to be more than 10 ohm.
Inside VCB TNC & MCB mounting door not welded of 11KV Tinimuhani
feeder which needs to be rectify.
All CRP cable entry hole need to close properly

11kv Tinmuhani fdr VCB Spring charging motor found Burn Same to
be need replacement.

11kv Balipatna fdr VCB Spring Charging Motor Found Burnt

11KV PT(B-phase) make-KAPCO sl no-KAPCO/KEPL/3217/96 YOM-

2018 was defective on 11KV Punanga feeder.
11 kv Punanga CRP panel make-STELMEC sl no-SLK 18089053 it's CB
indication lamp was not glowing & Annunciator not working .
Numerical relay make-ABB sl no-ABB/1VYV91255751 was defective on
11KV Punanga feeder Letter no. -164(7),
Alipingal CRP panel make-Stelmec sl no-SLK18026492 it's TNC switch Dt:18.05.2021
& Buzzer Defective.

found defective.
