Q4 Safety transforms existing or refined documents into on screen interactive E-Permits that are
managed throughout their entire life cycle. Control includes the 4 R’s of Rules, Roles,
Routing, and Regulation which can be configured to match your desired work flow for each
document. Electronic authorisations work alongside hard copy printouts and signatures to provide
users with complete control over the process and a full audit trail.

Reduce Risk with Powerful Job Safety Analysis

Q4 Safety features a powerful risk assessment module for analysis of hazards and risk relating to
work tasks. A configurable tree featuring client specific hazards and controls assists users in
identification of task risk and the application of appropriate controls. The ability to capture
lessons learnt from previous jobs, link with MSDS datasheets and attach documents such as
drawings, photos and work procedures to JSA’s all contribute to a safer working environment.

Improved Isolation Lockout Tagout Control

The LOTO process is managed by companies and industries in different ways. Q4 Safety
contains advanced functionality to support all methods including the use of keysafes/lockboxes,
lockbars, and tagging systems. From the printing of isolation lists and tags through to visibility of
shared isolation points, cross locks, key cascades, and graphical key safe planning, the LOTO
