“What do you think Chef Elmo will tell Fred and Song Yi is wrong with their new business endeavour?

Chef Elmo will tell them his idea on how to improve more their restaurant fine dining, since it
is European and offers a premium and better quality of services. The food is too much
expensive but maybe they will try to minimize the price in order most of their customers would
afford it. My advice to them is that, they must offer an affordable because all of the people will
go and try the foods in the Restaurant. And then, since they are beginner or new they must
start in a lowest before highest price. I think that Chef’s idea was good and could help a lot to
improve the business and to become an excellent to all.

Fred and Song Yi must acknowledge the advice of Chef Elmo for further improvement and to
become a better future in their business. To achieve more and have a better impact.
