Section 1. Yes it is followed, because as a student I Section 1.
had observed that since secondary day’s
discussions of Rizal’s work was already conducted.
From grade-9 to Grade – Grade-10 in Secondary
his two famous novels namely Noli Me Tangere
and El Filibusterismo was studies and tackled well.
Until now in College, there is subject that will
surely dicuss The Life and Work of Rizal, where it
becomes a way for us to be more familiar to our
national hero because of the CHED Memorandom
No. 3, s. 1995 which is to fully implement the
Republic Act No. 1425.
Section 2. Section 2. for me, at some point No it is not
followed, because there lot of schools that has no
enough funds to supply enough copies of the
writings and work of Rizal. There are public schools
that is not capable in having a library that will
supply books to all student specially those
unedited version of Rizal’s work.
Section 3. Yes to be followed, because the Section 3.
government provides learning materials related to
Rizal’s work in English and Tagalog language in
public schools. However, we all know that at some
point there is a lack of funds to support the
translation of Rizal’s work in other dialects.
Section. 4 Yes to be followed, because from then Section. 4
in line with the theory of Mr. Taft he submitted to
the Commission an amendment to the Bill No.
3307, and it was approved and become section 16
of Act No. 74, and read as follows “No teacher or
other person shall teach or criticize the doctrines
of any church, religious sect or denomination, or
shall attempt to influence the pupils for or against
any church or religious sect in any public school
established under this Act.
