A. Objectives
To provide students a detail knowledge about postharvest deterioration of horticultural products
and how to handle fresh fruits and vegetables and to retard the ripeness.
B. Activities:
1. Student watch the videos about fresh handling of fruits and vegetables.
2. After watching the videos about fresh handling of fresh fruits and vegetables, discuss and
write the question in the Table below.
