This assessment questions are designed to analyse the progress after completion of Sem IV
after completing all the modules of Business Ethics and Corporate Governance

1. What is the difference between morality and ethics?

2. What are the corporate etiquettes you have learnt during your
Business Ethics sessions? How is it different from ethics?
3. Mention the Universal Value Statements we discussed during
the induction session

4. Why is wrong accounting unethical even if it makes the business


appear profitable?

5. If loyalty is the employees’ biggest responsibility, how is whistle


blowing considered ethical?
