Electric Bench Scale Manual

This newly developed scale uses 8-digit single microprocessor. The speed of A/D change is more
than 40times/s. It characterized high accuracy, stability, easy operation

Introduction
1. Accuracy: OIML Ⅲ Standard
2. Display: 6-digit LED 0.8”
3. keyboard: 5 keys (MC, ACCU, KEEP, TARE, ZERO)
4. Power: AC 220V (+10% -- -15%), 50 Hz, ＜10 W
DC 6V/5Ah, 40-hour use every charge
5. Temperature: store -10℃ -- 50℃ work 0℃ -- 40℃
Relative Humidity: store ≤70% no dew work ≤90% no dew
6. Main Function: auto zero tracking, key board calibration, zero, tare, accumulation, overload
alarm, error displays
⑴ AC used, check power, and insert plug. Switch on scale without article on tray, and indicator
automatically check rechargeable battery, and “dc x.xx” is displayed. The battery begins to be
charged.
⑵ If there is no AC power, the rechargeable battery works to supply power when scale switched on.
⑶ After self-check, indicator searches zero automatically. If displays:
HHHHHH, and alarms “di,di…di”, “zero” point too high
LLLLLL, and alarms “di,di…di”, “zero” point too low
⑷ Without AC power, if voltage displays lower than “dc5.70”, battery must be charged. The scale
must be used after 10 minutes pre-heat.

Operation
1 Zero: press 【ZERO】 (weight≤3% full capacity),the light is on.
2 Tare: on the status of positive gross weight (≤100% full capacity, press 【TARE】. If remove tare,
press 【TARE】, and scale returns no tare status.
3 Keep: on status of weighing, press 【KEEP】, the currently displayed value is locked, without
change with weight, and keep the light on; press 【KEEP】 again, and then back from 【KEEP】
status. Although the data do not change on the 【KEEP】 status, the scale still alarm if overload.
4 Accumulation; on stable status of having weight, press 【 ACCU 】 , the value of weight is
accumulated. On empty status, press 【ACCU】,, accumulated value and times are displayed.
5 Clear: press 【MC】, accumulated value is cleared.

Calibration
1 Switch on the scale for ten minutes, sure that nothing is on the platform and put the calibration
plug to” ON”.
2 Press the “ZERO” key for a few seconds then press 【TARE】 two times , the scale will show
empty inner code, and then “LOAD” is shown after stability.
3 Put the weight on the tray, press 【KEEP】, the inner and outer codes are displayed in turn. Then
press【TARE】and【ZERO】to input weight. Press【KEEP】, indicator shows current full capacity
and parameter. Press【TARE】every time, datum increases 1; press【ZERO】, the first digit will be
added by 1 digit.
