This will facilitate the fast processing of request for Special Order (S.0.) of graduate and post graduate students. In this connection, this Office informs all concerned that in lieu of the submission of the theses and dissertation manuscripts in hard copies as attachment/s for request for Special Order (S.O.) for graduate and post graduate students, only their theses and dissertation abstracts must be attached instead. It is informed that submission of hard copies of theses and dissertation shall no longer be accepted by this Office effective February 28, 2022.
