Table ___ presents the association between the profile of the respondents and the work life balance
among nurses. Note that there is a weak association between age and physiological needs (η=0.204),
safety (η=0.203), and self-actualization (η=0.246) which means that those in the age bracket of 26-30
years old are most likely to feel that they are always safe and satisfied with their physiological needs and
they sometimes feel motivated but only in a slight association. Married couples are more likely to feel
boosted in self-esteem sometimes as shown in the table with a weak association (η=0.242). Roman
Catholic believers are more satisfied in terms of physiological needs sometimes (η=0.253). BSN and
MAN holders sometimes feel a good self-esteem (η=0.202). Staff nurses are more likely satisfied in
terms of physiological needs (η=0.276) and are sometimes positive toward self-actualization (η=0.286).
Lastly, those who have 4-6 years of experience always feel satisfied with physiological needs (η=0.286),
and they sometimes feel love and sense of belonging (η=0.237) and have a positive perspective on self-
actualization in terms of their work balance (η=0.322).
