Greetings!

At the outset, on behalf of the Chairman and the Management, I would like to extend our gratitude to all the Staff for being
supportive and dedicated to GJT through the ups and downs that the Company has gone through.

As was explained during the Staff Meeting that was held in April 2021, the financial conditions of the Company were
highlighted to the staff who had attended the meeting. For the benefit of those staff who have joined GJT after that,
please allow me to elaborate once again the previous status and current status of our company:   

Most staff would not be aware of the liabilities that the Company carries from the past, which is very huge.  All efforts are
being made to reduce these liabilities. However, despite the operations upto mid-Oct of 2021 being minimal, Chairman
was considerate enough not to make any staff redundant. After mid-Oct, GJT has experienced a hundred percent increase
in operations, which is a very good sign for GJT. Yet, the liabilities are a major concern for GJT, and the Management is
working hard on reducing this as much as possible.

Nevertheless, Chairman has taken into consideration the market and requests from staff for an increase in salaries.
Therefore, please note that it has been decided to revise the PayScale, which shall come into effect from 01st May 2022.

Our sincere thanks once again for your patience, especially to the staff who have been loyal with GJT since the start.

In the meantime, all staff are requested to continue being focussed with the current operations and work as a Team
towards the growth and securing the interests of GJT.
