Salary Transfer Assignment for Housing loan

Dear Sir,

Re: Mr. Mahmoud Mohammed Al Mughairi

We have received a request from our above-mentioned employee to credit his salary and allowances into his account No.
0304020477190011 with you so as to enable him to approach you for a Housing Loan.

In this connection, we certify as under:

1) Mr. Mahmoud Mohammed Al Mughairi is employed by Petroleum Development Oman LLC (PDO) since 22 September
2019 and his present gross salary is RO 1446 and allowance amounting to RO 744 and will be eligible for housing loan 3 months
after the date of joining.

2) The above-mentioned employee is eligible to benefit from PDO's housing loan policy.

3) To transfer his gross salary to his above-mentioned account with you as long as he is employed with us and until he leaves
our services by way of resignation, termination or by any other mean of separation.

4) To notify you in writing as soon as practical if the above-mentioned employee leaves our services.

5) To transfer the end of service benefits due to him to the above-mentioned account.
