This contract is made between SME – Afghanistan (hereafter referred to as the Employer) and Mr.
Ziarahman S/O Abdul Rashid holding national ID (Passport) No. 1400-1100-3002 resident of TAKHAR
Province (hereafter referred to as the Employee). Under this contract the employee is being offered employment
from start date of 07 Aug 2022 in the position Project Manager by the employer in support of its work in
fulfilling its mandate with SME – Afghanistan. The employee duty station is at HOF – Kabul and the
monthly Gross Salary is 350 USD. Remuneration under this contract as detailed is full and final payment for
each calendar month of employment. NB: All Values are in US Dollars only, as per the SME Salary Scale.

1. The employment is full time six days a week, working hours are detailed below.
2. For specific job responsibilities please refer to your ToR/Job Description attached to this contract.
3. Working Hours:( 07:30 AM up to 05:00 PM and will be called based on company’s requirement)
4. Upon Staff separation from SME ((termination and /or resignation), the final payment will be paid to
the concerned employee via bank account during the following month’s payroll at the end of the
month, subject to completion of proper handover and submission of clearance from to department.
5. This contract is printed in two (2) original copies at SME – Head Office, Kabul. One for each party
and both original are legally equal.
6. Upon signing this contract, terms of employment and will adhere to the matter of working ethics,
organization behavior, zero tolerance against corruption & fraudulent activities and agreed upon all
terms and conditions of this contract.
