1. AC Meter Current Sensor Installation Sequence Wrong
 Description
Site the AC Meter R,S,T current sensor is match with the Voltage cable R,S,T
 Possible reason
1. Wrong installation on site, current sensor Ia,Ib,Ic not match with voltage R,S,T
 Solution
1. Follow the user manual guide make sure current sensor Ia,Ib,Ic must N Ic
match with voltage R,S,T T

2. Check the voltage and current in Neteco remotely
3. Check every phase active power, if value is NA ,the sequence is wrong
4. Every phase active power is positive or zero, the sequence is right.

2. AC Meter Current Sensor Installation Direction is Wrong
 Description
Site the AC Meter R,S,T current sensor direction is not the same with site AC current direction
 Possible reason
1. Wrong direction installation on site
 Solution
Number “4” is MUS01A board
 Verification
1.Check the site installation picture
2.Check the picture of the site installation
3.Check the voltage and current in Neteco
remotely
4.Check every phase active power, if value is
NA ,the sequence is wrong
5.Every phase active power is positive or
zero, the sequence is right.
3. Not connect the R/S/T any phase voltage cable
 Description
Yada2060 Ammeter not connect the R/S/T any phase voltage cable
 Possible reason
 Solution
1. Follow the user manual guide make sure all

voltge cables connect rightly.
 Verification
1. Use a multimeter to measure the voltage between

the R S T and N . Each phase voltage is greater than
150V and less than 300V.
2. View voltage values on real-time data :The phase
voltage of each phase of R S T is greater than 150V
and less than 300V, indicating that the connection is
right.
4. R/S/T voltage cable connectiong is wrong
 Description
Yada2060 Ammeter R/S/T voltage cable connectiong is wrong
 Possible reason
 Solution
1. Follow the user manual guide make

sure all voltge cables connect rightly.

6. Yada2060 Ammeter configuration is wrong
 Description
Yada2060 Ammeter is configured by default as 3Phase_4Line ,But some sites are set to 1Phase_2Line.
 Possible reason
1. Mistaken setting
 Solution
1. The current network wiring needs to be changed
to 3Phase_4Line. There may be a 1 2 4 5
situation, then follow the instructions given .
2. Select the AC standard as shown: 3Phase_4Line
 Verification
1. Use a multimeter to measure the voltage between the R S T and N .

Each phase voltage is greater than 150V and less than 300V.
2. View voltage values on real-time data :The phase voltage of each phase
of R S T is greater than 150V and less than 300V, indicating that the
connection is right.
7. A/C AC Phase type(3 phase 4 line) setting is wrong
 Description
A/C default configuration is 1Phase_2Line , But some sites are set to 2Phase_2Line, 3Phase_4Line.
 Possible reason
1. Mistaken setting
 Solution
1. A/C wiring needs to be

 Description
DELTA、 DC Power、Emerson Power、Huawei MS Power AC meter channel occupies the AC Mains meter's
inherent address 1 channel 1
 Possible reason
1.Mistaken setting
 Solution
1. Correct wiring (please refer to the Indonesian installation manual);
2. NO DG site, DELTA can select a meter channel that is not used by other devices;
3. DG site, the site needs at least 3 meters ,DELTA must select the meter channel detection with
meter address greater than or equal to 3，and the channel is not occupied by other devices.

1. View the correct selection of the meter channel in the configuration data；
2. View data in real-time data display normally.

11. power supply not select the AC Meter
 Description
DC Power、Eltek、 DELTA、 DC Power、Emerson Power、Huawei Power, no meter selected to detect relevant data
 Possible reason
 Solution
1. Correct wiring (please refer to the Indonesian installation manual);
2. NO DG site, Power can select a meter channel that is not used by other devices;
3. DG site, the site needs at least 3 meters ,Power must select the meter channel detection with meter
address greater than or equal to 3，and the channel is not occupied by other devices.

 Verification
1. View the correct selection of the meter channel in the configuration data；
2. View data in real-time data display normally.

13. Site missing test meter
 Description
1.Some sites only one meter (the site has AC Mais and DG)；
2. In multiple power supply sites, the number of meters is insufficient, resulting in multiple power supplies sharing
one meter channel.
 Possible reason
 Solution
1. At least 3 meters are required for the DG site,must use the meter 1
channel 1 to detection the mains and meter 2 channel 1 detection DG .
2. Meters with addresses greater than or equal to 3 detect devices such as
air conditioners and power supplies
3. If the site does not have a meter, you need to bring new meters to
install it. After the installation is complete, select the scene file according
to the actual device.
For example: 1 Mains, 1 DG, 1 air conditioner, 1 DC Power, 1 fuel tank,
need to select scene file:
SCENE_ID_INDOSAT_02C_1M_1G_1A_1R_1T_Vxx
 Verification
In real-time monitoring, the mains, air conditioner, The meter address is selected normally.
power supply, DG, fuel tank, meters are created
normally.
14. No meter is selected.
 Description
Some sites have no meter created
 Possible reason
1. The meter is not installed, the port configuration is incorrect, or the meter address is set incorrectly.
 Solution
1. Carry new meters to site;

2. Confirm or correctly install the meter to the site;
3. Correct port configuration (need to choose NIM-
COM4)
 Verification
15.Repeated meter address
 Description
Some sites different meter addresses set to the same address
 Possible reason
1.Meter address setting error
 Solution
1. Go to the site to check the address

of each meter, record each meter
address;
2. if there meters address are the
same, you need to change to a
different address.
 Verification
If there are 4 meters, they can

be seen in the real-time monitoring.
16.Site has no Mains and DG create
 Description
Some sites have neither mains supply nor DG
 Possible reason
No connection to the mains or installation of the DG, or the scene file selection error
 Solution
1. Confirm whether there is mains or DG, and import the
correct scene configuration file according to the
corresponding equipment;
2. NO DG site, such as: 1 mains, 0 DG, 1 air conditioner, 1
DC Power , 0 fuel tank, select the scene file:
SCENE_ID_INDOSAT_02C_1M_0G_1A_1R_0T_Vxx,
3. DG site, such as: 1 mains, 1 DG, 1 air conditioner, 1 DC
Power , 1 fuel tank, select the scene file:
SCENE_ID_INDOSAT_02C_1M_1G_1A_1R_1T_Vxx,
4. If it is created normally but there is no data in the mains,
please check the wiring of meter 1 ,and the mains must be
channel 1 of meter 1.
 Verification
1. DG site: In real-time monitoring, the mains, air conditioner, DC Power,DG, fuel tank, meters are created normally.
2. the meter address is selected normally.
17. DG site meter selection error
 Description
DG site, power supply and other equipment to detect the address of the meter selected 1 or 2
 Possible reason
1.Setting error
 Solution
1. If the wiring is wrong, need to correct the

wiring.
2. DG site, the site needs at least 3
meters ,Power must select the meter
channel detection with meter address
greater than or equal to 3，and the channel
is not occupied by other devices.
 Verification
Check the meter address of air conditioner、Power etc.
19. DC Unavailable Voltage Threshold(V) Set too high
 Description
DC Power、DELTA 、Eltek PSC 、Emerson、Huawei MS Power DC Unavailable Voltage Threshold(V) Set to
56V, default is 46V
 Possible reason
1. The error is set to 56V, the default is 46V.
 Solution
Set to 46.0V
