    The Government Procurement Policy Board (GPPB) issued an advisory extending the deadlines for procuring entities to submit several procurement reports. The deadlines for the FY 2021 Procurement Monitoring Report, FY 2021 Annual Procurement Plan changes, and the FY 2022 Annual Procurement Plan were extended from January to March 31, 2022. The deadline for the FY 2021 Agency Procurement Compliance and Performance Indicators results was extended from March 31 to June 30, 2022. Procuring entities that submit the reports by the new deadlines will be considered compliant.

    This is to inform all Procuring Entities (PEs) that the Government Procurement Policy
    Board (GPPB), through Resolution No. 01-2022 dated 3 February 2022 approved the
    extension of deadline for the submission of the following procurement reports:

    FY 2021 Annual
    Procurement Plan (APP)

    FY 2021 Agency
    Procurement Compliance
    31 March 2022 30 June 2022
    and Performance Indicators
    (APCPI) results

    All submissions received by the GPPB-Technical Support Office (TSO) on or before the
    extended deadline shall be considered for review pursuant to the Guidelines on Submission
    and Posting of APP, PMR and APCPI Results1 to determine compliance to be included in
    the Positive List.
