OF THE PETITIONER (COMPLAINANT)

It is submitted that the Respondents herein are figured as A1 to A21 in the above
case.

It is submitted that the Petitioner (Complainant) filed a charge sheet against the
Respondents (A1 to A21) U/s 3 & 4 of A.P. Gaming Act, on 25-2-2012.

It is submitted that even after lapse of 22 months, the case is still pending for trial
before this Hon’ble Court. It is submitted that among the Respondents A1 to A21, some
of the accused i.e., M. Imran Khan (A3), A. Venkata Ramana (A4), P. Ramachandra
Reddy (A7), D. Manohar (A8), P. Sreenivasulu (A9), G. Gopal Reddy (A10), B. Babul
Reddy (A11), A. Madhusudan Reddy (A12), G. Lingeswar Reddy (A13), Talari
Sreenivasulu (A15), P. Krishna Reddy (A16), M. Dilip Kumar (A18), and Kanala
Ramanath Reddy (A21) have been obstructing or persistently disturbing the proceedings
of the Court, by not attending the Hon’ble Court, regularly.

It is submitted that the presence of other the above said accused cannot be
secured within a reasonable time, having due regard to the right of the remaining
accused who have appeared to have the case against them enquired into without delay.

It is submitted that in these circumstances, it is just and necessary to proceed


with the case as against the remaining accused who have appeared and dispose it of
according to law.

It is submitted that to meet the ends of justice, it is very much essential to split up
the case against the above said accused and to proceed with the case against the
remaining accused.

It is submitted that the Hon’ble Court has got ample powers to split up the case
against the above said accused.

It is, therefore, humbly prayed that the Hon’ble Court may be pleased to split up
the case against the accused namely (1) M. Imran Khan (A3), (2) A. Venkata Ramana
(A4), (3) P. Ramachandra Reddy (A7), (4) D. Manohar (A8), (5) P. Sreenivasulu (A9), (6)
G. Gopal Reddy (A10), (7) B. Babul Reddy (A11), (8) A. Madhusudan Reddy (A12), (9)
G. Lingeswar Reddy (A13), (10) Talari Sreenivasulu (A15), (11) P. Krishna Reddy (A16),
(12) M. Dilip Kumar (A18), and (13) Kanala Ramanath Reddy (A21) (A3, A4, A7, A8, A9,
A10, A11, A12, A13, A15, A16, A18, and A21) and proceed with the case against the
remaining Accused, in the above case, in the interest of justice.
